step1: Register to use the service.

step2: Install UCee.

• Install UCee onto a computer or a Windows Mobile smartphone

• In your programs find and run UCee.
• Click Programs tab to see play lists from content producers.
• Click My Lists tab to see your own play lists.
• Click a list to see list contents or to play.
