Start Internet TV. Click Broadcast on the menu bar.

Select Create a new playlist.

Name the new playlist.

Populate the new playlist.
You can populate the playlist with live broadcast, media files or contents from CD, DVD, Camcorder, VCR.

You will see this page if you have chosen CD, DVD, Camcorder, or VCR.
The contents will be converted to streaming format. Some media files will also be converted.

You will see this page if conversion is required. Click the red record button to start the conversion.

You will see this page if you have selected live broadcast. Select the video format. This is the format your camera uses.

You will see this page if you have selected live broadcast. Select the audio format. This is the format your microphone uses.

Select the video streaming quality. Please note higher the bit rate and larger the size, higher the video
quality. But it also requires more bandwidth. A bit rate of about 200-300 kbits/second is probably the maximum
a 3G cellular network can handle, and 320x240 is usually about the size of a smartphone screen.
The receiver program will down convert the video to fit the screen if the screen is smaller than the video.

Input your contact information so that viewers can reach you.

Input a description and key words of the program.

Click Back if you want to create another playlist.

Close Internet TV. Go to another PC
or a smartphone, start Internet TV (on PC) or UCee (on smartphone). You shoud see your lists on the PROGRAMS page unless
you have set program show time. If you have set program show time, you will only see your programs listed at the scheduled time.
Programs listings on the PROGRAMS page are updated every 15 minutes.
